In addition to my services as a lawyer and advocate, I am also a court transcriptionist authorized by the Ministry of the Attorney General to produce certified copies of transcripts of court proceedings for use in trial preparation and appeals.

Fees for transcripts are set by the Ministry of the Attorney General via O. Reg. 145/22 and - generally - are as follows:

Electronic Transcripts ($25.00 minimum charge)

$6.30 per page (regular service)

$8.80 per page (within 5 business days)

$11.75 per page (within 24 hours)

Paper Transcripts ($25.00 minimum charge)

$7.10 per page (regular service)

$9.60 per page (within 5 business days)

$12.55 per page (within 24 hours)
